Following is information of whole set of hologram machines to produce holographic sticker from master origination shooting to final hologram sticker die-cutting. Most machines are also used in producing hologram film and hologram hot stamping foil. We list machines to make holographic sticker and hologram film(wide web soft hologram embosser) bellow.

5. Narrow Hard Web Hologram Embosser
Narrow web hard embosser is the machine to emboss hologram image onto base material such as aluminum metallized PET film, transparent PET film, aluminum foil,etc. It's very simple manufacturing process with very low cost. Hologram image is compressed by three cylinder with air pressure without ink.

6. Laminator
To laminate silicon paper(liner) and hologram film together by adhensive. Adehensive (usually, solvent based) is same adhensive for normal self-sticker.

7. Wide Web Soft Hologram Embosser
To emboss transparent holographic film in wide web. The hologram film can be BOPP, PET and PVC film.

8. Hologram Sticker Automatic Die-cutting Machine

This machine die-cut hologram sticker precisely and fast in roll format.

9.Manul Die-cutting punch

Manul die-cutting punch can die-cut sticker into sheetin size of 160mm*160mm. It die-cut panel by panel. .

Hologram Master Shooting System

Hologram Master shooting System has two type. One is 2D/3D mater shooting System, another is Dot-matrix master shooting System.

2D/3D mater shooting System
There're two type of 2D/3D hologram master shooting. One way is to shoot hologram master by H1 glass to make hologram text or image in background. Another way is to shoot hologram master by hologram image maker facility directly.To shoot hologram master by hologram image maker facility directly, all forground image and background image can be shooted in same way(no need to make H1 glass for background first). It's much easily way than to make background by H1 glass. Hologram master shooted by hologram image maker facility also is much shining and clearn without noise wrinkle than the hologram master shooted in another way, especially, on big rainbow area. To shoot hologram master by hologram image maker facility, we need automatic position localization equipment to locate record glass position precisely. To shoot hologram master by H1 for background, we have to control position platform manully.

Two different 2D/3D hologram master shooting, we need two different position localization equipment, one is manul positioning equipment , another is automatic positioning equipment.

We have both type hologram master shooting technology. To shoot hologram master by hologram image maker facility is suggested because it's easier to learn and quality of hologram master made is better.

Microprocessor-Controlled Automatic Positioning Equipment is 3D process machine who control the hologram master shooting according to the pre-setting parameter. Electronic Forming Machine

After hologram glass hologram master shooted by laser beam sensitive glass by 2D/3D hologram master shooting system(or, have dot-matrix hologram recombined into big size on some plastic film) and had one sliver layer on the surface of the glass after slivering process, we have to put the hologram glass hologram master into soft eletronic forming tank to produce hologram master origination which image is nagative to final hologram sticker. After 70-90 minutes electronic forming, we'll get one hologram shim copy which is called nickel hologram master origination(mother hologram master) from the surface of glass hologram master. Then we put the nickel hologram master origination into another tank, hard eletronic froming tank which can duplicate another piece positive operation hologram shim which is a little bit harder than soft shim for hard embossing and soft embossing. Small tank is for duplicating small hologram master which is used to emboss hologram sticker and big tank is duplicating big hologram master which is used to produce hologram film.

New Mold Narrow Web Hard Hologram Embosser

Narrow web hard holographic embosser is designed for producing 160MM width holographic products, such as holographic labels foil in roll which has precise gap between two stickers. Sticker embossed by this hologram embosser can be applied automaticly by sticker application machine. Comparing to similar mold hologram embosser made in USA and Germany, our hologram embosser has same quality and much lower price. This hologram embosser can emboss slim hologram seal of cigarette packaging.

1200 mm Wide Web Soft Hologram Embosser

This machine is suitable to emboss many kinds of film, such as transparent BOPP, PVC, PET film, extensively used in manufacturing holographic film for anti-counterfeit hologram packing material. Laminating together with holographic film, lots boxes have fake preventing packaging and improving their appearance with shining and vivid hologram effect. To metallize these transarent BOPP, PVC, PET film, we can get aluminum metallized hologram film in different color, such as silver, red, blue, green, yellow,ect.

Automatic Die-cutting Machine

This automatic die-cutting machine is very good to die-cut hologram sticker precisely and fast. It's suitable to die-cut hologram stickers in roll very precisely by tracing white register mark. It has slitter which can slit big hologram sticker roll into small rolls.

1. Automatic anti-deviation when unwinding foil. It can improve precision of unwind to decrease deviation in horizontal direction.
